1) Nature of the Service

The Platform is a tool to manage mall operations (permits, reports, lost & found, cleaning, maintenance, gate access, circulars) plus a public directory of stores and services. Administrative features are limited to accounts created by management with defined permissions.

2) Accounts

Accounts are created by management (no self sign-up). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and must change the temporary password on first sign-in.

3) Acceptable Use

• Use the Platform only for legitimate work purposes.
• Do not attempt to access data or permissions not assigned to you.
• Do not enter false or misleading data.

4) Intellectual Property

The “Al Jedaie Mall” name, logo, and Platform design are protected. Store logos belong to their respective owners.

5) Disclaimer

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use.

6) Suspension

Management may suspend any account that violates these terms or misuses the Platform.

7) Changes & Governing Law

We may update these terms, effective on their publication date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
